This study aimed to investigate the experiences of Indigenous health professionals who work in mainstream healthcare settings to understand how their work environment impacts the delivery of culturally safe care. The study highlighted common experiences of Indigenous-specific racism and discrimination, and the importance of creating culturally safe and respectful workplaces.
